Job Decription 1. Handling Premium Client base Query/Compaint/Request. 2. Understanding Customer Requirement/Needs, accordingly drafting Quotation. 3. Co-Ordinatating between Company different department from Sales, Production, Logistics, Service...etc. 4. Goods Command in English, Hindi, . Additional Language will add more value on profile. 5. No Target on Sales. 6. Incentive/ Goodies/Gift on Completion of Sales order. 7. Calling and Backoffice Combined Process. 8. Technical Understanding Required such as Mathematical caluclation 9. Should have Basic Knowledge of MS Word, MS Excel, Emailing.10. Ready to fill up empty profile and ready for change in roles.
